The latest additive frontier combines different materials into one multi-extruder printing process.

We combine material with different properties into a single print.

It is possible, for example, to combine rubbers of different hardness (for example, 78, 80, 90 or 95 SHORE) with more rigid materials in order to create anti-friction inserts and avoid subsequent assembly processes, or to realise components made of self-lubricating material (such as IGUS IGLIDUR) together with external shells that are resistant to abrasion.

The possibility of printing multiple materials also allows for multi-coloured prints.

Functional pieces made of plastics of different colours prove to last longer than those that are only superficially varnished.
